Joyeuses Fêtes tout le monde!
I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t be happier that we’re on a break right now!
My skin is clear, never been healthier, my crops are flourishing,
I have 20/20 vision.
Bottom line is, I’m having a pretty good winter break. That being said, I only had one exam during the exam season so I can’t really complain.
Anyway, last Friday, my boyfriend and I celebrated the fact that we both finished our exams by going to the Aurora Winter Festival. Shoutout to my good friends Deanna and Daryl for the tickets! 😘
I even made a short vlog for y’all to indulge in the beauty of the lights:
I love the holiday season, though admittedly Christmas seemed a lot more exciting when I was a child.
Coming from an immigrant family, we don’t really have a lot of family in Toronto so our Christmas celebrations tend to be small but still endearing nonetheless.
This year, my parents are celebrating Christmas in the motherland (The Philippines) while I decided to stay in Toronto. Despite that, I find that spending time with chosen family, a.k.a., friends is just as heartwarming. It’s really all about what you make of it!
How do you like to celebrate the holidays? Any Christmas traditions? I’d love to hear all about it!
