It’s no secret that Glendon is a beautiful campus…

The Manor (Yup, I also have a class here!)

After all, couples come here to take their wedding photos and several productions have been filmed here, including The Time Traveler’s Wife ! (Fun Fact: Rachel McAdams is a York alumna!)

If you’re coming to visit us on Fall Campus Day on Saturday, Nov. 18th, not only will you get to meet current students and professors, but you’ll get to see this beauty with your own eyes.

***We also have a contest where you will get the chance to win a $5000 bursary if you register and post a photo with the hashtag #ExploreGL !***

I don’t know about you, but that sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me. 😉

Looking for inspiration for your #ExploreGL photo?

Here are Glendon’s Top Instagram Spots 📸:
1. Centre of Excellence (COE, if you wanna sound cool):

This iconic “glass box” is the first thing that you’ll see when you visit Glendon. In 2008, the government of Ontario awarded Glendon with $20 million dollars to enhance post-secondary bilingual education, hence the name, Centre of Excellence for French-language and Bilingual Post-secondary Education.

2. The Manor (a.k.a. “Glendon Hall” but most people just call it the Manor)

The manor is another one of our most recognizable buildings. Inside this beauty, there are two classrooms (I’ve had classes in both of them!), the Lunik Café, the Canadian language museum, the CKRG radio station, Glendon’s administrative offices, and the Career and Counselling centre!

3. The Rose Garden

This beautiful rose garden is located right next to the Manor. My favourite place to study is the second floor of the Leslie Frost library where I get to have this amazing view while I work on some essays/getting some studying done.

And there you have it! Just some inspiration for your #ExploreGL photo. There are tons of other cool photo spots once you actually visit the campus, though. Can’t wait to meet y’all on Sunday!!!

If you ever see me, PLEASE don’t be shy and come say hi. Honestly, I’m probably shyer than you 😭.

P.S. Thank you to those of you who shared your photos with me 🤗
